• Remplir soigneusement le formulaire ci-contre.
  Carefully fill in the form on your right.
• Au dos de nos montres est gravé un numéro de référence. C'est ce numéro qu'il faut inscrire sur la ligne : "Référence de l'Article".
  On the back of our watches is written a reference number. That's the one you should write on the line saying : "Product Reference Number".
• Pour être prise en considération, la carte de garantie de l'article doit être jointe à votre envoi.
  In order to be treated, the warranty card must be included with your product.
• Décrire la panne de manière simple et précise.
  Describe the breakdown in a simple and precise manner.
• Indiquez un montant maximal pour les réparations. Si le montant est dépassé, les réparations ne seront pas effectuées.
  Please indicate the maximum amount you're willing to pay for reparations in Euros. If amount is greater, repairation will not be made.
• Imprimez la fiche SAV ainsi complétée.
  Print the SAV card you just filled in.
• Mettre la montre et la fiche SAV dans une enveloppe à bulles et l'expédier en recommandé à l'adresse suivante :
  Put the printed Repair Service Card along with the product in a box and send it to :
